On April 21, Zhejiang Fengli Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301368, hereinafter referred to as “Fengli Intelligent”) entered into an agreement with Zhuhai Yingboer Electric Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 300681, Hereinafter referred to as “Yingboer”) has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement! This landmark move signifies that the two industry-leading companies will deeply integrate their technologies and resources, jointly pioneering cutting-edge fields such as new-energy vehicles, joint modules, construction machinery, and eVTOLs, thereby injecting new momentum into intelligent manufacturing.
Yingboer boasts strengths in drive systems and electric motors, while Fengli Intelligent has accumulated substantial technical expertise in areas such as harmonic reducers and planetary reducers. By collaborating, the two companies will jointly develop new-energy vehicle components, reducer transmission modules, construction machinery, and eVTOL reducers. This partnership will help Fengli Intelligent address its technological shortcomings in drive systems and electric motors, enabling it to build integrated “motor + reducer” product capabilities.
Joint modules place extremely high demands on drive systems and reducers. By collaborating to develop transmission modules, both parties will accelerate Fengli Intelligent’s early-stage deployment in the joint module sector and seize a first-mover advantage in the future market.
