The equipment is also fitted with 100 sets of power monitoring systems, enabling real-time tracking of equipment usage. Standard equipment features Class-2 energy-efficient transformers and Class-1 energy-efficient air compressors.

 

An investment of 73 million yuan was made to introduce imported gear hobbing machines. Combined with our independently developed gear sensor technology, this enables precise positioning, significantly improves machining accuracy, and boosts efficiency by more than double.

Wastewater treatment system


The wastewater mainly consists of cleaning effluents, which are treated at a self-built wastewater treatment plant to meet discharge standards. High-concentration wastewater is processed using a low-temperature evaporation technology, while low-concentration wastewater is treated using a process involving “aerobic-anoxic, membrane bioreactor, and reverse osmosis,” thereby ensuring that all wastewater meets discharge standards.

Iron spear piercing the pipeline and waste oil filtration system


The iron spear-shaped pipe features a fully enclosed, highly sealed structural design that minimizes the volatilization and leakage of oil vapors during oil transportation, prevents uncontrolled emissions, reduces air pollution, and simultaneously decreases oil loss while enhancing resource utilization.

 

The waste oil filtration system employs advanced multi-stage filtration technology to maximize the removal of impurities, moisture, and contaminants from waste oil, enabling efficient recovery and reuse of waste oil and reducing environmental pollution caused by waste oil disposal. After undergoing filtration treatment, the waste oil can be reintroduced into the production process as a base oil feedstock.
