Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and plan new projects, and prepare project documentation for each stage of APQP.
2. Develop a project work plan, track the progress of the entire project development, coordinate resources, and ensure that each milestone is completed according to schedule.
3. Respond to customer feedback and requirements, hold regular project development progress meetings, and report progress to superiors on a regular basis.
4. Collection and submission of PPAP documents to the customer, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in a mechanical-related field;
2. More than 2-3 years of experience in mechanical component manufacturing or project management within the automotive industry, familiar with new product development processes, and possessing project management knowledge and capabilities.
3. Familiar with the five major tools, including ISO9000 and APQP;
4. Possess a certain understanding of machining processes; prior work experience in the cylindrical gear and helical bevel gear industries is preferred.
5. Proficient in office software and drafting software, with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
