公司一直以来都倡导员工进行低碳办公。办公活动中使用节约资源、减少污染物产生、排放，可回收利用的产品。要求每位员工从身边的小事做起，珍惜每一度电、每一滴水、每一张纸、每一件办公用品。减少办公设备使用：采取无纸化办公平台，尽量减少文件复印及打印。可以通过网络在线处理公文、收发电子邮件、传真，在减少纸张消耗的同时，更可提高办公效率。办公室里的空调确保在夏天不要低于26°C，冬天不要高于20°C，否则将大幅增加能源损耗，而且对人自身的舒适度也并没有多大帮助，并对空调等设备进行定期清理。

节能环保
废水处理
公司产生的废水主要为清洗废水和生活污水。生产废水和生活污水经厂区内现有污水处理设施预处理后部分用于绿化用水，部分排入黄岩院桥污水处理厂处理。
固体废弃物处置
公司产生的固体废物主要有废边角料、废淬火油、废机油、废防锈油、废油渣、油水混合物、污泥、废酸和生活垃圾等。厂区建有一个危废暂存场所，各类废物都有相关的专业处理公司/部门负责处理。
废气处理
公司产生的主要废气有有称量、压制成型过程中的少量颗粒物，烧结过程中产生的颗粒物、非甲烷总烃，制氢过程中少量未分解的氨，热处理过程产生的废气，抛丸过程产生的颗粒物。热处理废气经收集后通过风冷除油过滤器+等离子废气处理后15米以上高空排放。
噪声防治
公司采购低噪音节能设备，合理布置生产车间，生产时关闭门窗，利用建筑物的间隔和距离衰减达到噪声降噪的作用，定期维护检修生产设备，厂界噪声能达标排放。
